Direct orders of in-stock items are shipped within three business days from when we receive the payment, given we receive the payment before 12:00 CST. Social Entropy LLC products come with a one year limited warranty, starting from the date of the original purchase. If you require warranty service, it is necessary to prove the date of the original purchase with an invoice or a receipt. If the machine should need a repair during the warranty period no charges will be applied for parts or labor. This warranty is transferable to other owners should the Social Entropy LLC machine be resold during the warranty period. Clothing and accessories such as t-shirts are not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover (a) damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation or failure to follow instructions according to the Owner’s Manual for the product; any shipment of the product (claims must be presented to the carrier); repair or attempted repair by anyone other than Social Entropy LLC or a certified repair center (b) any unit which has been altered or on which the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed; (c) normal wear and any periodic maintenance; (d) deterioration due to perspiration, corrosive atmosphere or other external causes such as extremes in temperature or humidity; (e) damages attributable to power line surge or related electrical abnormalities, lightning damage or acts of God; or (f) rfi/emi (interference/noise) caused by improper grounding or the improper use of either certified or uncertified equipment, if applicable.

Contact Social Entropy LLC support at www.socialentropy.com or email@example.com if you need warranty service. You cannot send a unit to Social Entropy LLC unless agreed to by Social Entropy LLC. The customer is responsible for shipping charges if the machine needs to be shipped to Social Entropy LLC for warranty service. Social Entropy LLC covers the shipping back to the customer during the warranty period. Should the unit be dead on arrival, or if the hardware malfunctions within 2 weeks of the original purchase date, Social Entropy LLC will cover the return shipping charges.
Social Entropy LLC offers a 14 day money back guarantee for all physical items sold directly by us. The 14 days are counted from the arrival of the item. The item has to be in as new condition for us to accept an item for refund and you cannot return an item without contacting Social Entropy LLC support first. The customer must cover all return shipping charges. A copy of the original invoice or receipt must be supplied with the item. The refund is processed once we have received and inspected the returned item.
